Jakarta, August 9, 2021 — The ongoing Covid-19 pandemic has pushed all industrial sectors to carry out various innovations and major changes to adapt to meet the needs of their consumers. Without exception in the health sector, especially health service providers.
It is undeniable that the Covid-19 pandemic has caused anxiety for everyone when they have to visit the hospital, whether to consult a doctor, buy medicine or carry out other activities such as immunization, therapy, and others.

Unlike other drive thru services, this service only serves immunization programs for infants and children with mild non-disease checks.

In addition to the Drive Thru Polyclinic specifically for children, RSIA & RSU Bunda have prepared various innovations and adaptations towards digital transformation, namely Telemedicine / Teleconsultation, as a strategy to face every challenge during the Covid-19 pandemic when PPKM was implemented.
Telemedicine / Teleconsultation is presented with the aim that patients can continue to consult with doctors without having to come to the hospital. The method is very easy, patients only need to make a consultation appointment via the hotline number 1-500-799, at least one day before the appointment. After getting a consultation schedule, patients can consult with the chosen doctor virtually. At the end of the consultation, the patient will receive a drug prescription, a description of the results of the consultation and how to take medication in detail as well as drug delivery services.
In addition to doctor consultations and drug purchases, laboratory services using the home service method from the Diagnostics laboratory can also be accessed through Telemedicine services.
