Code of Conduct

The Company has a Code of Conduct that serves as the basis for values and direction for all members of the Company in their work and behavior. The Company’s Code of Conduct requires every employee to always comply with applicable laws, regulations, and provisions relating to the Company’s business activities, as well as standards of business implementation and good governance.

The Company will take firm action against violations of the Code of Conduct and impose sanctions in accordance with applicable regulations.
